Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

New Zealand Shipping
  • We ship to urban addresses in New Zealand for a flat rate of $10 and to rural addresses for $12, or FREE for orders over $150. All orders are sent via the NZ Post courier service to ensure you get your package as fast and as safe as possible.
  • North Island Urban, expect an overnight service (excluding weekends)
  • South Island Urban, expect 2-3 business days to receive your order
  • If you live in a rural area, allow at least two extra days for your order to reach you
Australian Shipping
  • We have two options available for our Australian customers.
  • NZ Post Courier - $25 to anywhere in Australia (7-10 business days)
  • DHL Express - $35 to anywhere in Australia (2-3 business days)
  • Or FREE for orders over NZD$200
  • All local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered under this shipping charge. 
Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you feel there is a delay in receiving this email, please feel free to contact us.

Refund policy

Returns
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Wholesome Co. If, for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns and offer store credit for any full-priced item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the products meet our return criteria.
  • If you would like to request a return, please email us at info@thewholesomeco.com with your order number and reason for return and we can help you with next steps.
Return Critera
  • Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened. Used products, or products damaged by the customer are not be eligible for refund.
  • If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to send back an unopened product for store credit, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping. Please ensure you use a tracked service as The Wholesome Co will not be responsible for lost in transit or missing packages.
Damaged Products

If you have received a product that is faulty or damaged or you have received the incorrect item, we will happily cover the cost of return shipping.
