Orders are dispatched within 1-7 business days (unless stated otherwise), you will receive an email when your order has been processed and picked up by the courier. Orders are picked up at the end of each week day at 2pm by Courier post. You can then expect your order the following day however delivery times and days of your local couriers are beyond our control once they have left our possession.
Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas.
Delivery is made by Courier post. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete, as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
All orders are sent with a signature required unless requested otherwise. The Wholesome Co does not take responsibility for any lost/misplaced orders if you have given authority to leave or have ATL on the given address.
We ship to Australia, shipping is by weight and is tracked. You will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number so you can tracked your order. Orders can take unto 4-10 business days to arrive once dispatch.
All orders that include glass, are tightly wrapped in layers of corrugated cardboard and then wrapped in tissue paper to protect fragile items on it's journey. We then rely on a third party courier to deliver your order in the same condition it left our warehouse. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please email us with photographic evidence and provide full details of condition.
Once your order is confirmed we are unable to change, cancel or ad to any aspects of it. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment.
The Wholesome Co reserves the right to offer only exchanges or store credit (not refunds) within reason.
