This smoothie is full of fruity flavour to get you going for the day.
It has our amazing cleanse powder in it which gives is a delicious citrus taste. You can add in more or less to suit your needs. Great for digestion and to get your daily dose of nutrients.
1 frozen banana
2-3 tbsp cleanse powder ( get yours HERE)
1 cup coconut milk - add more if you like it runnier
1/2 cup yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
Juice of one orange
1 lemon with rind removed
you can add in honey or maple syrup to sweeten if you like
