A dense wholesome bread mix that is full of goodness! This loaf is left to ferment overnight making digestion so much better! Full of fibre, omega fatty acids, protein and it tastes good! It is great for digestive health and keeps you full for longer!
Makes one loaf tin or a flat version in a 30×20 tray. (can be made into crackers also)
INGREDIENTS: wholegrain oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, psyllium husk, buckwheat groats, chia seed, sesame seeds, sea salt, caraway seed, black pepper, thyme, basil, garlic, onion, parsley
3 tbsp oil
1 and ½ cups of water
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
*For better digestion leave your loaf mixture to sit overnight or for at least 4 hours so that it can begin to ferment. Alternatively you can bake it 30 minutes after mixing. Leaving to soak will enable the water to absorb into the mixture.
These mixes are made on the same premise that process other ingredients. They may contain allergen ingredients from equipment used. Whilst extreme care is taken, traces may be found.
