A dense, wholesome mix that can be made into muffins, scones or a loaf, our delicious gluten free muffins are perfect for a quick and easy lunch.

It’s full of goodness. Full of fibre. Omega fatty acids, protein and it tastes so good! It’s great for digestive health and keeps you full for longer.

All you need to add is coconut or olive oil, 2 eggs and milk or water. You can add grated carrot, kumara and any other vegetable that takes your fancy.


No kneading, blending or anything like that.

Simply mix and bake!

Makes one loaf tin or a flat version in a 30x20 tray, 12 small muffins or 6 scones.


2 eggs or egg replacement
1 cup milk or nut milk
½ cup natural yoghurt or cottage cheese or coconut yoghurt
½ cup melted butter or olive oil

Optional extras - just add ½ cup of each to your batter
