The cut off day and time for ordering, or pausing or terminating an order is on the Sunday at 2400 hours (midnight) the week before the relevant Delivery Date. Orders are shipped off from the Wed/Thursday to arrive to you by Saturday. The prices are per KIT and are listed on the Website. The prices of the Bags are inclusive of GST. All amounts are in New Zealand dollars. THE WHOLESOME CO reserves the right to change the prices from time to time during the term of this agreement. We will notify you of a price increase by e-mail at least eight days before the delivery date. All subscriptions automatically renew each week, fortnight and or month, until cancelled through the website. You must review your order carefully before placing it.

Orders are shipped to get to you by the desired delivery day (Saturday) and we endeavour to get your baking kit to you on time, however, delivery times and days of your local couriers are beyond our control once they have left our possession.
What happens if your baking kit does not work as intended?
While our mixes are tested to ensure success, sometimes different ovens and equipment can differ. We advise you to use your own judgment as well as carefully following the instructions on your recipe card.
Please check your purchase orders and order carefully. THE WHOLESOME CO. reserves the right to offer only exchanges or store credit (not refunds) on products that were wrong or damaged. As they are food based products we can not do returns.
Should you receive a damaged, perished or incorrect item please contact THE WHOLESOME CO. within 5 business days of delivery via email: firstname.lastname@example.org THE WHOLESOME CO will not refund or exchange any opened or used products, that are not in their original sealed state unless their is an issue with the contents. WHATS IN OUR MIXES AND KITS
You get all the dry ingredients in our BASIC mix and 90% of the ingredients in our DELUXE mixes. This included things like cacao butter.
Our kits are based on a whole food philosophy. Our basic one may contain oats or spelt flour from time to time. You will be emailed each Monday with what the recipe of the week is and what you will need to add.
Our deluxe kits are always gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.
While the best care is taken when packaging our kits they are processed in a facility that handles nuts, gluten and allergen ingredients. We take no liability in any cross contamination.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANT EAT AN INGREDIENT OR DONT LIKE THE WEEKS RECIPE?
Every Monday we will send out an email with what the following Friday’s recipe is. This gives you the chance to pause if there is something in it that you cant eat before the cut off date of Friday at midnight. Remember that we always run a week ahead so essentially the recipe will be for the following Friday. This also gives you plenty of time to be able to go and buy any of the additional ingredients that you may need to make the recipe.
CAN I PAUSE OR PUT MY SUBSCRIPTION ON HOLD?
Yes absolutely. We understand that sometimes you will be away on holiday when your subscription is due. All you have to do is login to your account and hit pause. This will pause your account until you are ready to re-activate it. Make sure that you go back in and re-activate it when you are ready.
Make sure that you pause it before Midnight Friday for the following weeks delivery otherwise you will still be charged and sent it on the Wednesday.
WHEN WILL MY KIT BE DELIVERED
*Please note our cut off date for all orders is Midnight Sunday to arrive the following Friday. All orders made after this will be processed the following week. Your card will be charged on the Sunday of each week. While we endeavour to have these shipped to you in time sometimes there are delays due to the couriers which is beyond our control.

HOW LONG DO THE RECIPES TAKE TO MAKE?
Our basic kit is designed to be fast and easy with little work required. Our deluxe kit is a little bit more work.
WHAT FOOD ITEMS DO I NEED TO HAVE TO MAKE EACH MEAL?
80-90% of ingredients are pre measured and provided in your kit.
Each Monday before your delivery is due on the Friday you will receive an email from us letting you know what the kits are is for the up-coming week and it will also contain a list of pantry staples, which are items that we don’t supply and that you are required to have to make each recipe. It is usually things like coconut oil, butter, milk and or eggs etc.
WILL I ALWAYS RECEIVE NEW RECIPES?
While we like to create new exciting recipes, from time to time we may send out the same recipe from time to time, particularly our popular ones.
ARE ALL THE INGREDIENTS ORGANIC?
While we prefer organic ingredients, from time to time we may use non organic ingredients. These will be listed on your kit. 90% of our ingredients are organically sourced.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
EASY! Simply log into your account and from there you can either cancel or pause your subscription. Just remember that our cut-off date for cancelling your next week’s kit is midnight on Friday
HOW AND WHEN AM I CHARGED?
You will be charged initially for your first order at the time of purchase. After this your payments will be deducted from your card on a Friday. This will occur either weekly/fortnightly or monthly based on your subscription type.
How do I set up an Automatic Payment?
Your automatic payment will be automatically set up by paypal when you sign up to one of our subscriptions.
