Our addition of high antioxidant foods (cacao and carob) help with free radical damage and oxidative damage that can occur from stress and everyday living. Both are high in minerals and vitamins and help support health energy levels. We can't forget fibre! (flaxseed and pumpkin seed), plus they each bring their specific vitamins and minerals to help support you. Pumpkin seeds are high in zinc which is essential for hormone formation and to support healthy skin and immunity.

A large part of hormone balancing is liver support - this is why we have chosen globe artichoke and dandelion. Globe helps support efficient liver detoxification and helps to improve digestion (especially if you need support in more bowel regularity).

Nettle is a super herb that is not only high in plant based iron, but helps to support more energy and works as a tonic herb. Plus with rosehip (naturally high in vitamin c) we are supporting your whole body with this blend as we try and balance your hormones to reduce your PMS symptoms.

We have created this blend to be taken in your luteal phase, however can be taken daily as well.

DIRECTIONS

Can be added to Water, food, baking or smoothies. For general well-being use 1-2 tsp daily. Use 1-2 tablespoons when the body needs more support
